Responsibilities of the Project Manager:

The Project Manager will be responsible for leading a team of individuals engaged on multiple projects from inception to completion, while ensuring all deliverables are completed within budget, timeline, and scope requirements.

Specific responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Developing detailed project plans that identify tasks, milestones, resources needed, timelines and deliverables for each project phase in collaboration with stakeholders;
• Overseeing the execution of all projects from start to finish;
• Monitoring project progress by tracking activity; identifying and resolving issues; escalating risks as appropriate;
• Establishing clear communication plans among teams that support successful completion of projects;
• Collaborating with stakeholders on all aspects of the project lifecycle including design, development, testing & deployment;
• Providing regular updates to stakeholders on progress & performance metrics;
• Documenting all quality assurance processes utilized on projects;
• Ensuring compliance with relevant laws & regulations concerning project execution & delivery;
• Making recommendations for process improvements as needed throughout the course of each project's lifecycle.
