Responsibilities

• Demonstrable experience and capability in delivering projects requiring large project teams with multiple elements on a cross-discipline and/or multi-supplier basis.
• Expert understanding of project management concepts, procedures, and application, with extensive knowledge in relevant disciplines.
• Apply knowledge to ensure reuse and best practices across projects.
• Plan, manage, and deliver large, complex long-term projects that significantly impact the client organization and deliver strategic benefits.
• Evaluate situations using multiple information sources; develop new planning and resource strategies as needed.
• Manage projects involving significant risk, using adaptable project management methods depending on the risk profile and governance.
• Deliver projects within contracted service levels and financial targets, maintaining customer satisfaction.
• Recognized as a key delivery partner for critical or internal medium/long-term business benefits.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders at executive levels during and after projects.
• Coach, mentor, and line manage junior project managers.
• Channel resources effectively, develop best practices, and manage change impacts, stakeholders, risks, and engagement.
• Seek innovative ways to expand project scope and manage costs.
