Project Manager - Finishing

Job summary

Tanqeeb is seeking a Finishing Works Project Manager to plan, manage, and monitor finishing activities from commencement to project handover on high‑rise and luxury developments in Dubai.

You will coordinate subcontractors, site engineers, and multiple stakeholders, ensure compliance with drawings, specs, and HSE requirements, and deliver projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality.

Qualifications

• Experience in managing finishing works for high-rise or luxury real estate projects.
• Strong planning, scheduling and progress monitoring skills.
• Proven ability to coordinate multiple contractors and stakeholders.
• Solid quality assurance and safety understanding.
• Ability to review drawings, specs and technical documents.

Responsibilities

• Plan, manage, and monitor finishing works from commencement to project completion.
• Prepare and monitor project schedules, milestones, and completion targets.
• Coordinate subcontractors, site engineers, supervisors, suppliers, and finishing teams.
• Ensure work is carried out according to approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
• Monitor daily and weekly progress and take corrective action to avoid delays.
• Coordinate with consultants, architects, MEP, engineering, procurement, and commercial teams.
• Monitor project costs, material requirements, manpower, and resources.
• Coordinate procurement and timely delivery of finishing materials.
• Review material submittals, samples, mock-ups, shop drawings, and technical documents.
• Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality and workmanship standards are maintained.
• Manage snagging, de-snaging, inspections, testing, and final handover activities.
• Monitor subcontractor’s performance and ensure contractual and programme requirements are achieved.
• Identify project risks, delays, quality issues, and resource requirements and implement suitable solutions.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports for management.
• Conduct regular coordination meetings with project stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with HSE requirements, safety procedures, building regulations, and company standards.
• Maintain proper project documentation, approvals, inspection records, RFIs, and progress reports.
• Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
