Job summary

Reef Al Fujairah City UAE is seeking a motivated Project Manager to lead our team in delivering diverse projects across our operations.

You will develop detailed plans, allocate resources, monitor progress, and maintain thorough documentation. You will report to stakeholders and drive risk management and process improvements. A related degree is preferred but not essential, and strong communication and problem-solving skills are essential.

Qualifications

• A degree in a related field is preferred but not essential.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills required.
• Experience in project management role preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop detailed project plans; break complex tasks down into manageable sub-tasks; monitor progress and ensure deadlines are met.
• Identify resources needed for projects; allocate resources accordingly; coordinate tasks between teams or departments.
• Maintain project documentation and records; produce regular progress reports; liaise with stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
• Manage risk, track issues, resolve conflicts, negotiate solutions with stakeholders; identify areas of improvement within the organization related to project management processes and procedures.
