Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in a related field such as business management or engineering (or equivalent experience).
• At least 5 years’ experience in a similar role such as Project Management or Program Management.
• Proven track record of successful project delivery within budget constraints.
• Excellent communication skills (written & verbal).
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• High level of attention to detail with strong organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Developing detailed project plans including timelines, budgets and resource allocations.
• Leading cross-functional teams to achieve project objectives.
• Ensuring quality control throughout the project life cycle.
• Monitoring progress and making adjustments as needed.
• Communicating with stakeholders throughout the duration of the project.
• Managing expectations of stakeholders regarding timeline and deliverables.
• Identifying potential risks that could impede progress or cause delays.
• Providing leadership and motivation to ensure successful completion of projects on time and within budget.
