Job summary

Abroad Work in Ajman, UAE, is seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee delivery of projects from conception to completion. You will organize resources, set timelines and budgets, and ensure work progresses on schedule.

The ideal candidate will have strong communication, problem-solving and analytical skills, with a proven track record managing projects end-to-end. Familiarity with Agile and Waterfall frameworks and the ability to lead virtual teams across locations is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field.
• PMP certification is an advantage.
• At least 5 years' experience as a Project Manager in a similar role.
• Proven track record of successful management of projects from start to finish.
• Strong knowledge in MS Office suite (Excel, Word & PowerPoint).
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Plan, develop and manage projects from conception through completion.
• Develop project schedules, resources plans and budgets.
• Lead cross-functional teams to ensure effective execution of project plans.
• Monitor project progress against timeline and budget.
• Regularly report on progress to senior executives.
• Ensure all stakeholders adhere to the agreed-upon project scope.
• Lead risk identification, mitigation strategies and issue resolution activities.
• Negotiate with external vendors to secure advantageous terms.
• Establish governance structure for the project team including roles & responsibilities.
• Define quality standards & criteria for deliverables throughout the project lifecycle.
