Job summary

Client of Career Raiser is seeking an experienced Construction Manager in Abu Dhabi to oversee and allocate resources for large-scale projects from inception. You will work closely with architects and engineers to review plans, develop timetables, determine material and labor costs, negotiate with subcontractors, and schedule workers on site.

This role demands leadership, analytical thinking, and clear communication to manage teams, suppliers, permits, and ensure everything complies with codes

• You are a part of the building process from the very beginning working closely with architects and engineers to go over plans and blueprints making timetables for the project determining material and labor costs negotiating with and hiring subcontractors and workers scheduling workers on site gathering permits and making sure everything is up to code
