Job summary

Xebia in Dubai, UAE seeks an experienced Project Manager who speaks Arabic to lead end-to-end delivery of projects. You will manage plans, risks, and milestones, while coordinating with cross-functional teams to align with business objectives. Proficiency in Agile, Waterfall and Hybrid approaches is essential.

The role requires strong stakeholder communication, governance handling, and familiarity with Jira and MS Project. Dubai-based on-site position with regional collaboration.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of project management experience.
• Arabic speaker is mandatory.
• Experience delivering projects end-to-end in a matrix environment.
• Proficient in Agile, Waterfall and Hybrid methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage end-to-end project delivery for Project/Product initiatives, ensuring alignment with business objectives and requirements.
• Develop detailed project plans, track progress, manage risks, and ensure timely delivery of milestones.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize project requirements.
• Conduct project meetings, status updates, and progress reports to stakeholders.
• Apply Agile principles to project execution, fostering iterative development and continuous improvement.
• Facilitate working groups, driving collaboration between business, technology, and control functions.
• Communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders, adapting style and content as required.
• Identify and mitigate potential project risks, issues, and dependencies.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and industry standards.
• Strong knowledge of Agile, Waterfall, and Hybrid methodologies.
• Ability to handle contractual obligations, governance, audits, and escalations.
• Proficiency in project Management tools like Jira, MS Project etc.
