Job summary

Sener in the United Arab Emirates seeks a senior airport project leader to drive end-to-end delivery across Airside and Landside environments. You will coordinate with authorities, clients, and contractors while directing multidisciplinary teams to achieve quality, schedule, and budget goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in civil engineering or related field.
• Master's degree in engineering management is an advantage.
• PMP or equivalent Project Management certification preferred.
• 13-16+ years of professional experience in airport infrastructure projects.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in civil engineering, Transportation Engineering, Airport Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Master's degree in engineering management or a related field is an advantage.
• PMP or equivalent Project Management certification preferred.
• 13-16+ years of professional experience within airport infrastructure projects.
• Strong understanding of airport planning, design coordination, and project delivery methodologies.
• Working knowledge of ICAO, IATA, and international airport design standards.
• Experience managing projects from concept design through detailed design and delivery stages.
• Proven project management experience in Airside and/or Landside airport developments.
• Experience in Greenfield and Brownfield airport projects is highly desirable.
• Strong design engineering background with progression into project leadership roles.
• Demonstrated experience managing multidisciplinary teams and stakeholders.
• Experience overseeing project schedules, budgets, resources, risks, and project controls.
• Previous experience within international engineering consultancy environments is preferred.
• GCC airport project experience is highly desirable.
• Excellent English.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work effectively in complex, multicultural, and fast-paced environments.
• Outstanding organizational and project planning skills.
