We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to drive the planning, coordination, and delivery of agriculture R&D and innovation projects. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in complex, cross-functional environments and is passionate about translating ideas into real-world impact.

🔍 Role Overview

The Project Manager will lead multiple innovation and R&D initiatives across agri-tech domains, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and with measurable outcomes. The role involves close collaboration with technical teams, field operations, commercial stakeholders, and external partners.

🚜 Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end project delivery from planning to execution and scale-up
• Define project objectives, timelines, KPIs, and resource requirements
• Coordinate across cross-functional teams including R&D, Labs, Field Ops, Commercial, Finance, Legal, Digital, Procurement, and PMO
• Track milestones, risks, and dependencies; elevate issues proactively
• Support trials, pilots, and validation activities through effective coordination
• Maintain clear project documentation, reports, and governance updates
• Support budgeting, cost tracking, procurement, and vendor coordination
• Act as a primary point of contact for external partners such as startups, universities, and research organizations

🎓 Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Business, Innovation, Technology, or a related field
• 7+ years of experience managing projects in innovation, R&D, agri-tech, or technical environments
• Experience working with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders
• PMP / PRINCE2 / Agile certification is an advantage
• Exposure to agriculture, sustainability, or technology-led innovation projects preferred
