A leading UAE bank is seeking a Project Manager to drive digital innovation and fintech partnerships. This role involves managing assessments, onboarding, and coordinating governance across various teams to ensure successful delivery of fintech initiatives. Ideal candidates should have over 6 years of relevant project management experience, particularly in fintech or digital banking.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in project management, PMO, or digital delivery.
• Background in fintech, payments, digital banking, technology vendors, or e-commerce.
• Strong governance, compliance, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Support evaluation and onboarding of fintech partners and digital solution providers.
• Manage proof-of-value (PoV), pilot phases, timelines, RAID logs, and delivery plans.
• Coordinate with internal teams (IT, Architecture, Cybersecurity, Data, Legal, Risk, Procurement).
• Prepare and track governance documents, assessments, and approvals.
• Lead UAT readiness, API testing coordination, and integration support.

Key Responsibilities

• Support evaluation and onboarding of fintech partners and digital solution providers.
• Manage proof-of-value (PoV), pilot phases, timelines, RAID logs, and delivery plans.
• Coordinate with internal teams (IT, Architecture, Cybersecurity, Data, Legal, Risk, Procurement).
• Prepare and track governance documents, assessments, and approvals.
• Lead UAT readiness, API testing coordination, and integration support.
• Ensure smooth execution of fintech experiments and resolve blockers early.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in project management, PMO, or digital delivery.
• Background in fintech, payments, digital banking, technology vendors, or e-commerce.
• Strong governance, compliance, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience working with cross-functional technology and business teams.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable in fast-paced environments.
