Job Title: Project Manager

Reports To: Chief Transformation Officer

Function: Transformation Office

Location: Dubai, UAE

Job Purpose

The Project Manager supports the delivery of small to medium IBP and Commercial transformation projects within ACCBC’s Transformation Project Portfolio. The role provides hands‑on project planning, execution, coordination, governance, and reporting to drive IBP maturity uplift (Level 1 → Level 3) and enable Commercial portfolio management optimization.

This role ensures that assigned workstreams progress with discipline, cross‑functional alignment, and timely issue resolution. It is an execution‑focused role (not a program‑level role), supporting the Senior Project Manager in driving consistent delivery across IBP and Commercial initiatives.

The Project Manager operates across multiple functions, collaborating closely with Planning, Commercial, Marketing, Supply Chain, Finance, and external partners to ensure project outcomes are achieved within defined scope, time, quality, and budget.

Supervision & Team Leadership

  • This role does not have direct reports.
  • Leads coordination across cross‑functional team members assigned to specific IBP and Commercial workstreams.
  • Provides structured direction during workstream meetings but does not hold line authority.

Level of Interaction

  • Interaction with Functional Directors.
  • Interaction with Functional Directors’ Teams across Supply Chain, Commercial, Finance, Planning, and IT.
  • Interaction with CCBA counterparts as relevant to IBP alignment or commercial transformation.
  • Interaction with multiple cross‑functional project team members.
  • Interaction with third‑party consultants, attorneys, analytics partners, and implementation vendors.

Key Outputs & Accountabilities

1. Project Planning & Control

  • Develop, maintain, and manage detailed project schedules, timelines, and interdependencies.
  • Ensure alignment between different workstreams contributing to IBP or Commercial initiatives.
  • Maintain up‑to‑date RAID logs, documentation, and project governance artifacts.

2. Scope, Risk & Issue Management

  • Continuously evaluate and manage project scope, implications, and stakeholder impact.
  • Identify, monitor, and mitigate risks and issues with proactive escalation when needed.
  • Track scope changes and ensure they follow the correct governance channels.

3. Project Execution & Delivery

  • Drive the delivery of assigned small‑to‑medium IBP and Commercial projects within approved scope, time, quality, and budget.
  • Monitor progress of project deliverables and ensure actions are closed on time.
  • Coordinate cross‑functional teams to ensure seamless integration between workstreams.

4. Governance, Reporting & Documentation

  • Ensure compliance with Aujan project methodology, governance protocols, and documentation standards.
  • Set up, prepare for, and run effective and regular workstream meetings.
  • Ensure Stereo and governance meetings are scheduled, supported, and minuted accurately.
  • Provide accurate, concise project performance information, status updates, dashboards, and supporting documents to Sponsors and stakeholders.

5. Cross‑Functional Integration

  • Facilitate alignment between Commercial, Supply Chain, Planning, Finance, and others for IBP and commercial workstreams.
  • Support teams in preparing for IBP cycles (Demand → Supply → Portfolio → Pre‑IBP).
  • Ensure functional owners provide timely inputs and adhere to agreed templates and cadence.

6. Continuous Improvement & Maturity Uplift

  • Identify process, data, and governance gaps and propose actionable improvements.
  • Support implementation of standard IBP templates, SOPs, and planning routines as the business transitions from Level 1 → Level 3 maturity.
  • Drive discipline in documentation, decision‑tracking, and action management.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Matric plus a qualification in Project Management, Commercial or related discipline.
  • PMP/PRINCE2 or other professional PM certification is advantageous.
  • 5–7 years’ experience in a Project Management or similar coordination role.
  • Experience managing small‑to‑medium projects across cross‑functional teams.
  • Exposure to FMCG, Supply Chain, Commercial, or Transformation environments preferred.
  • Experience with IBP/S&OP processes is beneficial but not mandatory.

Commercial Transformation Execution

  • Timely delivery of commercial workstream actions.

Governance & Reporting

  • Timeliness, clarity, and accuracy of governance packs, workstream updates, and SteerCo documentation.
