Qualifications

• 5-10 years of total relevant experience in landscaping, horticulture, nursery works, or site engineering.
• Proven track record of managing multiple landscape projects from conception to completion.

Job description

Our client is seeking a Project Manager to join their Landscape and Agriculture business in Abu Dhabi

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee all landscape projects from planning through execution to handover, ensuring on-time delivery.
• Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation to meet objectives and financial targets.
• Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, quality, safety, and compliance with project specifications.
• Coordinate with clients, contractors, suppliers, subcontractors, and internal teams for smooth project execution.
• Supervise and lead project teams, subcontractors, and site staff to ensure tasks are completed efficiently.
• Review technical drawings, specifications, and BOQs to ensure accurate implementation and resolve technical issues.
• Prepare and submit progress reports, documentation, and updates to senior management and stakeholders.
• Enforce health, safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements on-site to maintain a compliant work environment.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Landscape Architecture, Horticulture, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years’ experience as a Project Manager in landscaping and 5–10 years of total relevant experience, preferably with landscapes, horticulture, nursery works, irrigation, hardscape/softscape installation, and site engineering.
• Proven track record of managing multiple landscape projects from conception to completion.
• Fluency in Arabic and English (spoken and written) is required for internal coordination and client/authority communication.
• Strong knowledge of landscape construction practices, irrigation systems, plant installation, and UAE approval processes.
