A leading management solutions company in Abu Dhabi is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead technology and security initiatives. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in managing end-to-end project lifecycles and stakeholder coordination. A background in Identity & Access Management (IAM) or cybersecurity projects is advantageous. This role calls for excellent communication and leadership skills to ensure project success and compliance with regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

  • 9 years of overall experience with 4 years in a project management capacity.
  • Proven experience managing enterprise IT or security-related projects.
  • Experience working in multicultural or global environments is an advantage.

Role Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Project Manager to lead and oversee critical technology and security initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strong experience managing end-to-end project lifecycles, stakeholder coordination, and delivery within enterprise environments. Prior exposure to Identity & Access Management (IAM) or cybersecurity projects is a plus.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan, manage and deliver complex technology/security projects within defined timelines and budgets.

  • Act as the primary point of contact between business stakeholders, vendors and technical teams.

  • Define project scope, goals and deliverables in alignment with business objectives.

  • Develop detailed project plans, track progress and manage risks, dependencies and escalations.

  • Drive governance processes including project reporting, stakeholder updates and change control.

  • Ensure quality assurance and compliance with security and regulatory frameworks.

Requirements
  • 9 years of overall experience with 4 years in a project management capacity.

  • Proven experience managing enterprise IT or security-related projects.

  • PMP / PRINCE2 certification preferred.

  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management and leadership skills.

  • Experience working in multicultural or global environments is an advantage.
