Job summary

PCS Gulf, a Dubai-based IT and financial consulting firm, is seeking a capable admin-finance specialist to support project financials, SAP reporting, and cost tracking.

The role collaborates with project managers, admin and finance teams to ensure accurate postings and milestones, manage expense flows, and maintain financial integrity across client projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, Engineering or related field.
• 3+ years of admin, financial and Quality Management experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Word; SAP experience.

Responsibilities

• Work with all GTDP Project Managers for project Online Financial queries.
• Create SAP reports for Admin.
• Collaborate with Admin and Finance to reconcile Project Financials.
• Manage a centralized tracker for upcoming financial milestone payments.
• Post project financials in the correct category with proper nomenclature.
• Process expense reports from SAP.

Roles And Responsibilities

• Working with all GTDP Project Managers for project Online Financial queries.
• Creating SAP report for Admin.
• Working with Admin and Finance to reconcile Project Financials.
• Managing a centralized tracker for upcoming financial milestone payments.
• Working with admin to post project financials in right category and with right nomenclature.
• Working on expense report from SAP.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, Engineering or other related field equivalent work experience.
• 3+ years of admin and financial and Quality Management experience. Excel in Microsoft Excel, previous experience in financial reconciliations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (oral & written) and ability to deal with different levels of people within the organisation, analysis and synthesis capabilities, financial tracking, Expertise in Microsoft packages, including Project, PowerPoint, Word and Excel
