Project Director – Large Scale Projects (KSA)

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the delivery of major projects from inception through to completion, ensuring safety, quality, and commercial targets are met.
• Lead multidisciplinary teams including project managers, engineering, commercial, and site operations.
• Develop project execution strategies, manage client relationships, and drive stakeholder engagement.
• Ensure compliance with local regulations and international best practices.
• Report directly to executive management on progress, risks, and commercial performance.

Requirements:

• 15+ years of experience in large-scale construction projects (infrastructure, buildings, or mixed-use developments).
• Proven track record in a senior leadership role within a reputable main contractor.
• Strong commercial and contractual knowledge, with the ability to drive project profitability.
• Experience in the Middle East, ideally in KSA, is highly desirable.
