Our client, an architectural, planning, and engineering firm, is looking for a Project Coordinator (Russian Speaker) to be based in Dubai.

Key Responsibilities
  • Preparing PQ/RFP summary with screening on the key Issues/conditions and assisting in submitting the prequalification materials/proposals.
  • Assisting in drafting and coordinating the contract related documents for the client. Contracts awarded and the related sub-consultancy contracts.
  • Registration requirements: like Vendor/project/contractor registration.
  • Organizing meetings with potential/existing clients and the others and updating the business inquiries list/report.
  • Following-up contracts, variations, invoices, Payment status for the on-going/completed projects.
  • Organizing and updating the client contacts, sub-consultant’s lists.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in business development, contract management, or a related role.
  • Strong knowledge of contract coordination, vendor registration, and proposal preparation.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
