Overview

The ROW SHARP team is looking for a program manager. This position is responsible for: (1) rolling out ww features to AMET; (2) conducting product benchmarking with US/EU/ROW and SIC; (3) building inhouse tools when prioritization by the tech team is not possible; (4) solving UTR system issues during new store hub launches (tier1) and BAU (tier2). You will work with tech, configuration, business, and ops teams to optimize operation systems. You will partner with product and tech teams to drive permanent solutions for frequent issues. This is an individual contributor role requiring a strong understanding of business and operations, deep knowledge of the UTR systems, customer obsession, and willingness to dive deep. The ROW (Rest Of World, which includes India, Japan, AMET, BR, MX, SG, and AU) SHARP team is driving several innovations and optimizations in Amazon’s Supply Chain and Fulfillment Centers to bring the world’s most customer-centric experience to ROW countries.

Qualifications
  • 3 years of program or project management experience
  • 3 years of working cross-functionally with tech and non-tech teams
  • 3 years of defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Advanced knowledge of Excel (Pivot Tables, VLookups) and SQL
  • Experience defining program requirements and using data and metrics to determine improvements
  • 3 years of driving end-to-end delivery and communicating results to senior leadership
  • 3 years of driving process improvements
  • Experience in stakeholder management with multiple stakeholders at varied levels
  • Experience building processes, project management, and schedules
