Job summary

Georgetown University in Dubai, part of the McDonough School of Business, seeks a Program Manager to support the EMBA Dubai and IBP Dubai degrees. You will help ensure smooth program operations, student services, and faculty support across local and international modules.

Reporting to the Director of Student Services, you will collaborate with the Dubai team and Washington DC offices to deliver high-touch, high-quality programs for mid-career to executive students.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Two years of experience in operations or program management.
• Ability to work with mid to senior executives and faculty.
• Proficiency with Canvas, MS Excel and Google Suite.
• Fresh perspective and commitment to efficiency and customer service.
• Familiarity with the Middle East region.
• Must reside in Dubai or relocate at own expense.

Responsibilities

• Assist with program management tasks to meet academic goals.
• Administer student surveys on program quality and gather feedback.
• Monitor quality and implement process improvements.
• Explore and implement new technology tools for administration.
• Respond to student inquiries and guide on program schedules.
• Distribute learning resources to students.
