Key Responsibilities

• Serve as Public Speaking and Leadership instructor across the Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed Scholars Program, Summer Academy, and PhD Pathways Program.
• Deliver university-level instruction in leadership, communication, public speaking, and presentation skills.
• Coordinate guest speakers, leadership workshops, experiential learning weekends, and student development activities.
• Review and improve curriculum design to ensure strong alignment with program goals and student learning outcomes.
• Support recruitment, admissions, and student selection processes for upcoming program cohorts.
• Supervise students during academic trips, co‑curricular activities, and international travel programs.
• Lead graduate school advising, scholarship guidance, interview coaching, and application preparation for students and alumni.
• Manage alumni engagement strategies including newsletters, LinkedIn communication, mentoring networks, and alumni dashboards.
• Support annual reporting, performance reviews, and operational planning across community programs.
• Build collaborative opportunities with internal academic departments and student success initiatives across NYUAD.

Ideal Profile

• Bachelor's degree in Communication, Education, Public Relations, Psychology, or a related field.
• Advanced degree such as Master's or PhD is preferred.
• Strong experience teaching leadership, communication, or public speaking at university or high school level.
