Role Summary

We are seeking a high‑calibre IT Infrastructure Program Delivery Manager to lead and oversee the successful delivery of a large‑scale, complex infrastructure program. This role demands strategic leadership, deep technical expertise, and a proven track record in managing multi‑million‑dollar programs involving cloud‑native and hybrid infrastructure solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Program Leadership: Lead end‑to‑end delivery of a major IT infrastructure program, ensuring alignment with business goals, timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
  • Stakeholder Management: Engage and influence senior stakeholders across business units, vendors, and technology teams to ensure program success.
  • Governance & Reporting: Establish and maintain robust program governance structures, including steering committees, risk management frameworks, executive reporting and ensuring compliance with enterprise standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Team Management: Lead cross‑functional teams (internal and external), ensuring alignment across engineering, operations, and delivery partners.
  • Budget & Resource Management: Own program budgets, forecasts, and resource planning, ensuring optimal allocation and cost control.
  • Risk & Issue Management: Proactively identify, assess and mitigate risks and issues that could impact program delivery.
  • Change Management: Drive organizational change associated with infrastructure transformation, including communication, training and adoption strategies.
Experience and Skills
  • Minimum 15 years of experience in IT program delivery, with at least 10 years focused on infrastructure programs.
  • Proven success delivering multi‑million‑dollar, enterprise‑scale programs (e.g., cloud migrations, Oracle platforms, network upgrades).
  • Deep technical knowledge across multiple domains including Cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, Oracle), networking, storage, virtualization, security and DevOps.
  • Strong command of delivery methodologies: MSP, PRINCE2, PMI, Agile (SAFe) and hybrid models.
  • Experience with tools such as JIRA, Confluence, ServiceNow, Tableau and Microsoft Project.
  • Exceptional leadership, communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related field (Master’s preferred).
  • Relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, ITIL, Agile, TOGAF) are highly desirable.
  • Strategic thinker with a hands‑on approach to problem‑solving.
  • Ability to operate in high‑pressure environments and manage competing priorities.
  • Experience working in regulated industries (e.g., healthcare, finance, government).
  • Familiarity with global delivery models and managing distributed global teams.
