Responsibilities include planning efficient routes, keeping accurate trip and fuel logs, assisting with loading, and supporting daily operations while complying with traffic laws and company policies. A valid license and proven driving experience are required.

Qualifications

• Requires valid driving license.
• Proven experience as a driver (corporate or personal).
• Good knowledge of local routes and traffic regulations.
• Basic communication and organizational skills.
• Professional, punctual, and reliable.

Responsibilities

• Safely transport staff, clients, and materials to assigned locations.
• Plan efficient routes to ensure timely arrivals and avoid delays.
• Maintain cleanliness and proper condition of the vehicle at all times.
• Perform routine vehicle inspections and coordinate servicing and repairs.
• Keep accurate records of trips, fuel usage, and maintenance logs.
• Follow all traffic laws, company policies, and safety regulations.
• Assist with loading and unloading of items when required.
• Deliver documents, packages, and office materials in a timely manner.
• Support office staff with administrative tasks and daily operations.
• Ensure confidentiality and professionalism when handling company matters.
• Monitor fuel levels and manage refueling efficiently.
• Respond promptly and responsibly to any road or vehicle emergencies.
