Job summary

Al Fajer Facilities Management LLC is seeking a dedicated Cleaner to perform a variety of cleaning tasks across offices, washrooms, and common areas, ensuring spaces are clean, organized, and presentable at all times.

You will work with supervisors and teammates, follow safety guidelines and procedures, report maintenance issues, operate cleaning equipment safely, and participate in deep cleaning and special projects as required.

Qualifications

• Previous cleaning or housekeeping experience is preferred but not essential.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Good attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness.
• Physically fit and able to perform manual cleaning tasks.
• Basic communication skills.
• Positive attitude, reliability, and strong work ethic.
• Ability to follow instructions and company procedures.

Responsibilities

• Clean and sanitize offices, buildings, common areas, washrooms, and other assigned locations.
• Sweep, mop, vacuum, dust, and polish surfaces.
• Empty waste bins and dispose of waste according to company procedures.
• Replenish cleaning supplies, toiletries, and consumables as required.
• Report maintenance issues, damages, or safety hazards to supervisors.
• Operate cleaning equipment and tools safely and efficiently.
• Follow health, safety, and hygiene regulations at all times.
• Ensure all assigned tasks are completed to company quality standards.
• Assist with deep cleaning and special cleaning projects when required.
