Hablando Dubai is hiring a dedicated Spanish Teacher to join its growing team. You will deliver high-quality Spanish lessons focused on speaking and fluency, tailoring dynamic plans to each student’s level and goals.

You will track progress, provide feedback, collaborate with staff, and participate in internal training while supporting school activities and events. This international environment offers growth and visa support.

Hablando Dubai is the leading Spanish school for adults in the Middle East. With a modern, dynamic, and communication-focused approach, we teach Spanish to 375 students from 50 nationalities, offering semi-private classes, teachers from Spain and Latinoamérica, flexible schedules, and a vibrant community enriched by cultural and social events.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality Spanish lessons focused on speaking, communication and fluency.
• Planning dynamic and engaging lessons for each student according to their levels and goals while following Hablando’s unique methodology.
• Track students progress and provide clear feedback.
• Maintain a positive environment and work as a team with all Hablando staff.
• Participate in internal training and academic meetings.
• Support school activities and occasional student events.

Qualifications

• Spanish speaker (required).
• Fluency in English (required).
• Previous experience in language teaching (English or Spanish).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Energetic, professional and empathetic teaching style.
• Growth mindset and willingness to develop within the company.

What We Offer

• Full-time position: 40 hours per week.
• Solid employment contract.
• Two days off per week.
• Sponsored visa and health insurance.
• Salary range: 10,000–16,000 AED (Based on skills, experience and performance).
