Job summary

Ideal candidates have a Bachelor's in HR or related field and 3+ years of high-volume recruiting experience, with a demonstrated ability to find top talent and build strong relationships with hiring managers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR or related field or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years recruiting experience, with focus on production/manufacturing roles.
• Proven track record in high-volume, fast-paced environments.

Responsibilities

• Partner with production hiring managers to understand headcount needs and create job postings.
• Source skilled talent using LinkedIn, industry networks, and vocational programs.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews, presenting qualified candidates to hiring managers.
• Manage full-cycle recruitment: onsite interviews, tours, offers, and background checks.
• Identify recruitment challenges and propose process improvements.
• Train hiring managers on best recruiting practices.
• Organize recruitment events like job fairs and webinars.
• Build relationships with diverse talent networks and industry associations.
