Job summary

Adecco Group is establishing a new industrial facility in Abu Dhabi and is seeking Production Supervisors to ensure daily production schedules and quality targets are met while maintaining staffing levels. You will report to the Production Manager and liaise with Transport, Engineering, Sales, and Service teams.

Ideal candidates will have at least 1 year of experience managing diverse workforces in a factory setting, strong communication skills, and the ability to recruit production staff in

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year experience managing people in a multicultural production environment.
• Assist recruitment and selection of production staff in coordination with HR.
• Familiarity with ISO9002 production procedures and non-conformity correction.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise production staff to meet daily schedules and quality standards.
• Deputise for the Production Manager when required.
• Maintain ISO9002 procedures and correct non-conformities as needed.
