Overview

Job Title: Production Manager – Joinery & Small Metal Fabrication

Location: Sharjah UAE

Industry: Interior Fit-Out | Joinery | Light Metal Fabrication

Job Type: Full-Time

Responsibilities

• Prepare manpower plan, manage, and control daily, weekly, and monthly production schedules
• Ensure maximum productivity of manpower, machines, and shop resources
• Monitor production output vs. targets and take corrective action on delays
• Coordinate with Design, Project, and Procurement teams for smooth workflow
• Oversee joinery production (MDF, veneer, laminate, solid wood) and light metal fabrication
• Implement production efficiency systems, SOPs, and KPI tracking
• Ensure on-time completion of jobs as per approved project timelines
• Control material wastage, rework, and quality issues
• Manage factory supervisors, foremen, and technicians
• Maintain HSE, housekeeping, and quality standards
• Provide daily and weekly production progress reports to management

Candidate Requirements
