Key Responsibilities

• Develop production plans and schedules to meet customer demand while optimizing resources and minimizing lead times.
• Lead mentor and motivate production staff to achieve production targets and maintain high levels of productivity.
• Implement quality control measures to ensure that all products meet industry standards and customer specifications.
• Continuously review and improve production processes to enhance efficiency reduce waste and lower production costs.
• Oversee inventory levels of raw materials and finished goods ensuring adequate supplies for production and timely delivery to customers.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and promote a culture of safety within the production facility.
• Collaborate with procurement and supply chain teams to select and manage suppliers of raw materials and components.
• Provide technical expertise and support to resolve production issues and troubleshoot problems with instrumentation systems.

Requirements

• Bachelors degree or Diploma Degree in Electrical Engineering Instrumentation Engineering or related field required..
• Minimum of 35 years of experience in instrumentation engineering preferably in a production or manufacturing environment.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously prioritize tasks and meet deadlines. Experience in project planning budgeting and resource allocation.
