Position Title: Product Specialist - Pediatrics, GP or Gynecology

Reports to: Sales Manager/Sales Supervisor

Business Unit/Department: Pharma

JOB PURPOSE: The Product Specialist is responsible to sell company's products, which include medicines, Vitamins, Supplements and prescription drugs to a variety of professional healthcare customers including pharmacists, physicians and hospitals by detailing the product benefits and information and following up the sales to increase customer awareness, demand , recommendation and loyalty.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:

  • Ensure compliance with annual sales plans and take all necessary measures to achieve the desired growth in the company's sales.
  • Carry out field visits to doctors and specialists on a regular basis, according to schedules and specific plans.
  • Leading customer engagement educational activities Participation in the coordination of medical lectures and seminars to raise awareness of medical doctors and specialists.
  • Build and maintain positive working relationships with medical representatives and support sales executives to enhance effective internal communication.
  • Create and update detailed records of all doctors, pharmacists, and wholesalers to maintain a comprehensive database of all potential and existing customers.
  • Monitor competitors' activities and market trends to provide actionable insights for strategic planning.
  • Plan weekly and monthly sales schedules in coordination with the Sales Team to forecast the sales targets.
  • Keep up to date with the latest clinical data supplied by the company and present and discuss this data with the health professionals to deliver the most up-to-date and accurate product information.
  • Build a base of information and data on the market, including supply and demand, prices, and competitors' activities.
  • Customer CRM – segmentation and targeting data collection under CRM system use.

EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATION:
