Job description

Responsibilities

• Develop seasonal and annual product plans based on sales trends, school requirements, and business forecasts.
• Forecast demand and recommend purchasing and replenishment quantities.
• Plan and manage product assortments, SKU rationalization, and product lifecycle activities.
• Monitor inventory levels, stock availability, aging stock, and inventory turnover.
• Analyze product category and sales performance and provide recommendations to improve profitability.
• Support new product launches, school onboarding projects, and range expansions.
• Collaborate with Procurement, Production, Retail Operations, Sales, and Quality teams to ensure timely product availability.
• Identify opportunities to reduce stock-outs, excess inventory, and slow-moving stock.
• Prepare regular reports on sales forecasts, inventory performance, and product trends.
• Conduct competitor and market analysis to support product planning decisions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Supply Chain, Retail Management, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in Product Planning, Merchandise Planning, Inventory Planning, or Category Management.
• Strong analytical, forecasting, and reporting skills.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ERP systems.
• Experience in uniforms, apparel, retail, or consumer products is an advantage.
