Overview
We are looking for a Product Marketing Manager to join our Product team. The Product Marketing Manager will own how our AI data products are understood across our markets, from defining the ideal customer and value proposition, through to launch, adoption and expansion. This is a single contributor role for the short to medium term, and the right candidate will be a self‑starter, highly collaborative and will drive momentum across multiple product lines. Responsibilities
- Own the definition of ideal customer, value proposition, launch, adoption and expansion for AI data products.
- Turn product capabilities into clear, compelling stories that drive demand and revenue.
- Work closely with Product Managers to develop clear product positioning and messaging that articulates value and differentiation for target segments.
- Partner with research, product and innovation teams to conduct discovery sessions and focus groups, gather insights, and identify trends across personas and clients.
- Define and continuously refine ideal customer profiles, personas, and develop use‑case outlines that validate product value to users.
- Collaborate with product managers to influence the product roadmap using market, customer and competitive insights.
- Champion the voice of customer internally, ensuring consistency in messaging across all customer touchpoints.
- Lead go‑to‑market planning for new products and features, including launch plans, goals, timelines and success metrics.
- Create high‑impact sales enablement material (pitch decks, one‑pager decks, FAQs, product pages, case studies, event and digital assets).
- Work closely with sales leadership to understand field needs and ensure teams are equipped to sell effectively.
- Collaborate with Sales and Delivery to plan and execute campaigns across the buyer journey.
- Continuously train and support sales to create additional confidence on product positioning and commercial momentum.
- Monitor and manage campaign performance, driving change to improve campaigns.
- Create industry and sector share of mind by organizing, leading and mobilizing organizational SMEs across key industry platforms.
- Own and lead engagement with agency partners specifically to enhance product awareness, visibility and deliver product campaigns (e.g., events, channels, support roadshows, industry initiatives).
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in Product Marketing with specialist experience in enterprise AI data products and businesses.
- Demonstrable experience with go‑to‑market for AI data products and feature launches.
- Excellent ability to translate technical capabilities into clear customer value stories.
- Experience marketing to Fortune 500 or equivalent (MBA desirable, not essential).
- Strong analytical skills, familiarity with using data to inform decisions (product analytics, marketing tools).
- Understanding of AI/ML concepts, data infrastructure and enterprise data challenges.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including customer facing content and internal enablement materials.
- Digital marketing expertise, proven experience in developing and executing multi‑channel digital marketing campaigns, SEO/SEM strategies, content optimization, conversion rate optimization, A/B testing and landing page best practices.
- Understanding of enterprise software buying processes and decision‑making dynamics.
- Experience working in marketing and corporate strategy/communication roles in technology businesses.
- Experience in early and mid‑stage startups.
- Comfortable with technical audiences including Data Engineers, Data Scientists & IT Leaders.
- A self‑starter, highly collaborative, driven to create momentum across multiple product lines.
