Position summary

You will lead strategy and execution of specialty product marketing across Gulf markets from the UAE. Working closely with commercial, medical, access, and local operating company colleagues, you will deliver customer-focused campaigns that support patient care. The role requires strategic thinking, clear decision-making, and an evidence-driven approach. Key responsibilities
  • Develop and deliver annual brand and multichannel commercial plans for specialty products in Gulf markets.
  • Translate regional strategy into country-level customer journeys and locally adapted promotional materials, in collaboration with local operating companies.
  • Monitor product performance and lead timely corrective actions with sales and specialty account teams.
  • Build and maintain professional relationships with healthcare professionals, scientific societies and external experts to support patient care and medical‑scientific exchange.
  • Manage promotional budgets and measure return on investment to ensure efficient resource use.
  • Provide competitive and market insights to inform global and local teams and to support access and reimbursement planning.
  • Produce timely dashboards and KPI reports to guide decisions and actions.
  • Support forecasting and supply coordination to meet patient needs.
  • Ensure all activities comply with company policies, local regulations, and applicable ethical and promotional standards.
Accountabilities and deliverables
  • Deliver annual brand objectives with operational excellence and measurable business impact.
  • Create measurable, agile customer experiences that improve engagement and loyalty.
  • Maintain accurate and timely reporting to inform cross‑functional decisions.
  • Demonstrate compliance with internal policies, local regulations, and GSK’s standards for ethical engagement.
Basic qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in life sciences, pharmacy, medicine, business, marketing or related field.
  • 3–5 years’ experience in pharmaceutical product management or marketing.
  • Proven experience in specialty or complex product environments, including launch or lifecycle management.
  • Experience developing and executing multichannel customer engagement plans.
  • Strong stakeholder management and cross‑functional collaboration skills.
  • Fluent in written and spoken English.
  • Willingness and ability to travel regularly across the Gulf region.
Preferred qualifications
  • Experience working in Gulf countries or the broader Middle East region.
  • Familiarity with access, reimbursement or public sector stakeholders.
  • Experience managing promotional budgets and measuring marketing effectiveness.
  • Experience adapting regional or global playbooks to local markets.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience using data to drive decisions.
  • Additional relevant language skills.
Work Environment

This is an on‑site role with hybrid working flexibility based in the UAE. Frequent travel across Gulf countries is required.
