Job summary

Xploon in Dubai is looking for a Product Manager to own search and discovery features, define the product vision, and collaborate with developers to move the needle. You will lead research, gather requirements, and drive cross-functional alignment to deliver impactful user experiences.

Ideal candidates bring 3+ years in product management, a track record of shipping features at scale, and strong analytical and communication skills, with experience in real estate or marketplace platforms
