Job summary

Oscilar is seeking a Senior AML product leader to own the risk decisioning suite, including transaction monitoring, KYC/KYB, screening, and case management. You will design rules engines, ML layers, and scenario designs for alert generation while orchestrating onboarding risk workflows and identity verification data sources.

The role requires deep AML strategy knowledge, model validation expertise, and fluency with data schemas, SQL, and ML model application, plus regulatory literacy for BSA,

Qualifications

• Full-stack AML product experience shipping products under regulatory scrutiny.
• Deep knowledge of AML strategy, typologies, and model validation.
• Technical fluency in data schemas, SQL, and ML model application.
• Regulatory literacy regarding BSA, FinCEN, OFAC, and FATF.
• AI-native workflow approach to product discovery, building, and analysis.
