Job summary

Mastercard in Dubai invites penultimate-year students to join its Product Management internship for Summer 2027. You’ll gain hands-on experience, learn how business cases are built, and contribute to customer-centric product opportunities.

The program includes mentorship, networking with leaders, and development experiences, with projects aligned to business priorities. 10–12 weeks, full-time, starting June 2027.

Qualifications

• Penultimate Year Students currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree, with an anticipated graduation date between Dec 2027 to July 2028.
• Available to work full-time for 10-12 weeks starting June 2027.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Flexible, adaptive and a strong collaborator.
• Well planned, organized and structured to manage time and work effectively.

Product Management

As a Product Management Intern, you will be assigned to a business unit where you will learn, develop new skills, and gain valuable on the job experience. You will have the chance to gain an understanding of how Mastercard develops business cases for new product opportunities, develops scalable customer-centric products, and sees those projects through to go-to-market.
