Job Description

• The Product Director /Business Analyst (PD/BA) will be the strategic and operational anchor ofthe Al Manassa (CMS) redevelopment initiative.
• Embedded directly withinthe UAE Federal Entity, this individual will act as the single point ofaccountability for the platform’s roadmap, requirements, and delivery.
• This role is not limitedto documentation or coordination. It requires a hybrid leader who combinesproduct ownership, strategic analysis, and technical literacy, withcultural and linguistic fluency. The PD/BA must understand executivepriorities, translate them into business and system requirements, andensure these are delivered through technical teams, outsourced partners,and AI/ML specialists.
• The CEO/Top Managementdescribed this role as the “brain” of the project. The PD/BA will ensurethat the Al Manassa platform is not just rebuilt, but reimagined as a secure, AI-driven, bilingual decision‑intelligence system that meets the needs of VIP, Higher Management, analysts, and otherstakeholders.

Requirements

• Experience: Minimum 5 -7years in product ownership, digital transformation, or enterpriseAI-enabled platforms, ideally in a government or Tier-1 consultingcontext.
• Technical Literacy: Familiarity with data ingestion, APIs, CMS platforms, MDM (BlackBerry,MobileIron), and AI/ML governance.
