Job summary

Fuse Energy in Dubai is hiring a Product Designer to shape our consumer-facing products, from mobile apps to home energy solutions. This early design hire will define the roadmap and collaborate with the CEO and engineering, trading and operations.

You will translate complex energy systems into intuitive interfaces, create a visual language across products, and help scale our design systems while delivering delightful user experiences.

Qualifications

• 5+ years designing consumer-facing digital products.
• Strong craft across typography, colour, composition and UX.
• End-to-end design from vision through to execution.
• Translate complex systems into modular, reusable interfaces.
• Excellent written communication; Figma expert required.
• Bonus: motion graphics, 3D, copywriting or coding.

Responsibilities

• Consumer products: mobile and web apps that reward users for controlling usage and upgrading homes.
• Physical and digital experiences: home energy upgrades, hardware and IoT controls.
• Brand expression: define Fuse's visual language across web, mobile, motion and physical products.
• High-stakes interfaces: internal tools managing gigawatts of energy and millions of customers.
• As we scale, design grid management systems and new products.
