Job summary

XAD Technologies in Dubai is seeking a Product Designer to shape how our product looks, feels, and behaves. You will craft end-to-end experiences with a keen eye for visual polish, motion, spacing, and typography, sitting at the intersection of UI and interaction design.

You will own product experiences across mobile and web, evolve a scalable design system, and collaborate with product and engineering to deliver pixel-perfect interfaces.

Qualifications

• 3–6 years in product UI or interaction design.
• Portfolio showing clean modern UI with thoughtful motion and interaction work.
• Strong Figma proficiency.
• Solid grasp of UX principles, information hierarchy and usability.
• Sharp eye for spacing, typography, color and motion timing.
• Ability to think in systems, not just screens.
• Hands-on experience with motion tools After Effects, Rive, Lottie.
• Background in fintech SaaS or data-heavy product environments.
• Experience shipping in fast-moving startup teams.

Youll own product experiences end to end while bringing a level of visual and kinetic polish that makes the product feel fast premium and trustworthy.
