Job summary

Mate academy, an EdTech company with an AI-powered LMS, is looking for a Product Analyst to support its learners and teaching team in Dubai.

You will review homework, answer questions via chat and video, run mock interviews, and suggest improvements to the learning process.

The role requires at least 3 years of product analytics experience and proficiency with SQL, BigQuery, Amplitude, Looker, Tableau, and Google Sheets with AI; strong communication and independent time management are essential.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of commercial experience as a Product Analyst.
• Currently holding a full-time position.
• Experience with SQL, BigQuery, AI assistants, Amplitude, Firebase, Tableau, Looker, Google Sheets with AI, A/B testing, and product metrics.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage time and schedule independently.
