Job summary

Al-Futtaim is seeking a Product Analyst to work across Engineering, Design, Data, Marketing, and Business teams to clarify requirements, support data analysis, and validate execution. This role ensures product quality and alignment with business objectives and user needs in a dynamic corporate services environment.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in a Product Analyst/BA role, strong data analysis and cross-functional collaboration skills, and the ability to navigate ambiguous problem spaces

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in a Product Analyst, Business Analyst, or similar role.
• Strong background in requirements gathering, data analysis, and solution validation.
• Experience working in agile, cross-functional teams.
• Ability to navigate and bring clarity to ambiguous problem spaces.
• Proficiency in data analysis and requirements gathering.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Product Managers to clarify problem statements, user journeys, and success metrics.
• Translate business and stakeholder needs into clear product and data requirements.
• Perform product and data analysis to support prioritization, validation, and iteration.
• Support the creation and execution of proofs of concept and demos to drive clarity and alignment.
• Validate data accuracy, mappings, and flows across features and migrations.
• Act as a bridge between product, business and technical teams to support speed to market.
• Conduct regular product reviews and provide recommendations based on analysis outcomes.
• Ensure that product outcomes align with business objectives and user needs.
