Job summary

Atlantis Dubai is seeking a procurement professional to support the Manager, Procurement in planning and managing the company’s procurement activities. You will oversee supplier contracts, ensure policy compliance, and monitor performance metrics to deliver value across the business.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree and a minimum of four years in procurement, with strong analytical skills, negotiation ability and proficiency in MS Office.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is required.
• Minimum of four years of procurement experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint is essential.
• Experience with ERP systems, eSourcing and eContract software is highly regarded.
• Strong negotiation skills and understanding of contract compliance are essential.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Manager, Procurement in planning, organizing and managing procurement activities.
• Perform procurement of goods and services following policies and regulations.
• Draft, evaluate and execute contracts with suppliers and monitor SLAs and KPIs.
