Job Overview: Emirates Talent Solution is hiring an experienced Procurement Manager to lead sourcing and procurement activities within the signage and outdoor media industry. The ideal candidate must possess strong vendor management skills, deep industry knowledge, and the ability to manage material procurement efficiently and cost-effectively to support business operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify, evaluate, and manage reliable suppliers
  • Negotiate terms and pricing to achieve cost savings
  • Monitor supplier performance to ensure quality and delivery standards
Strategic Procurement
  • Develop and implement procurement strategies aligned with operational needs
  • Collaborate with production, design, and installation teams for material planning
  • Maintain accurate records of purchase orders, quotations, and vendor contracts
Inventory & Cost Control
  • Maintain optimal inventory levels while avoiding overstock and shortages
  • Monitor procurement budgets and implement cost-reduction strategies
  • Analyze trends and prepare procurement reports
Compliance & Documentation
  • Ensure all procurement activities comply with UAE import/export laws and internal policies
  • Oversee contract management and maintain accurate procurement documentation
  • Support internal audits and ensure process transparency
