Job summary

Al Rostamani Group, based in Dubai, UAE, is seeking a procurement professional to manage materials, equipment, labour, and services for construction projects. You will quote suppliers, place orders, and ensure timely site deliveries while maintaining records and optimizing costs.

The role requires 5 years in project materials purchasing, ERP MM experience, and a commerce-related degree; SAP is a plus. This is an on-site position within a dynamic conglomerate’s procurement division in Dubai.

Qualifications

• 5 years’ experience in project materials purchasing in electrical contracting (high/low voltage, solar).
• ERP MM module proficiency; SAP is a plus.
• Commerce degree or diploma; supply chain cert is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Assist in procuring materials, equipment, labour, subcontracts and services for jobs per policy.
• Obtain and review supplier quotes and make recommendations.
• Place orders and ensure timely deliveries to sites.
• Maintain accurate purchasing and inventory records.
• Monitor supplier performance for on-time delivery and quality.
• Coordinate with project teams to meet site material needs.
