Black & Grey HR is recruiting for a leading construction and fit-out company in Dubai, UAE. Our client is seeking a Procurement Engineer with a civil engineering background to manage end-to-end procurement for construction projects—ensuring the right materials, cost efficiency, and timely delivery to site.

• Review project BOQs, drawings, and specs to determine material requirements.
• Source, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers/subcontractors for civil materials (steel, cement, MEP, finishes).
• Prepare RFQs, compare bids, and issue purchase orders.
• Coordinate with site teams to align deliveries with project schedules.
• Inspect materials on-site for quality and compliance.
• Identify cost-saving and value-engineering opportunities.
• Maintain supplier relationships and performance records.

Requirements
