Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop and implement procurement strategies aligned with project requirements and company policies.
  2. Prepare and evaluate RFQs, RFIs, and RFPs for materials, equipment, and services.
  3. Source and select reliable suppliers and contractors, negotiating terms and prices.
  4. Review and approve purchase orders, contracts, and agreements.
  5. Monitor supplier performance and address issues related to quality, delivery, or compliance.
  6. Collaborate with project teams to understand procurement needs and ensure timely delivery.
  7. Maintain accurate procurement documentation and records.
  8. Stay updated with market trends, pricing, and new suppliers.
  9. Ensure adherence to safety, quality, and environmental standards.
Qualifications
  1. Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Civil Engineering, or related field.
  2. Proven experience in procurement within facilities management or construction sectors.
  3. Strong negotiation and communication skills.
  4. Knowledge of procurement software and MS Office tools.
  5. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  6. Knowledge of UAE market regulations and supplier networks.
