MIRA CONSTRUCTION L.L.C is seeking a Procurement Officer who focuses on automation and process improvement within its construction teams. The role goes beyond traditional purchasing to automate workflows across documents, approvals, and transactions.

The ideal candidate will understand automation tools, AI-assisted workflows, and Excel automation, aiming to make procurement faster, more accurate and scalable. An emphasis on construction procurement and data integrity is essential.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in procurement, purchasing, supply chain or purchase-to-pay processes.
• Hands-on experience with automation is mandatory.
• Experience to digitise and automate procurement processes, with construction procurement experience being mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Manage and understand day-to-day procurement and purchase-to-pay processes.
• Review existing procurement workflows and identify repetitive manual activities.
• Design and implement automation solutions for procurement-related processes.
• Automate document processing, supplier information, purchase requests, quotations, purchase orders, invoices and related records.
• Explore data extraction from invoices and quotations to automate processing.
• Improve approval and transaction workflows to reduce manual intervention and processing time.
• Develop automated tracking and reporting systems for procurement activities.
• Use AI and automation tools to improve procurement documentation and communication.
• Maintain accurate supplier, pricing and procurement master data.
• Collaborate with construction teams to translate requirements into automated workflows.
• Integrate tools and systems to reduce duplicate data entry and enhance control.
