Job summary

A design and build firm in Dubai is seeking a Procurement & Admin Officer for their Joinery Division. This role involves sourcing suppliers, negotiating terms, and managing procurement documentation. The ideal candidate should have 1 to 4 years of experience in procurement and a relevant bachelor's degree, along with strong negotiation and communication skills. This position offers a full-time contract and competitive salary up to 5K AED, depending on experience and qualifications.

About the Client: A Dubai-based design and build firm specializing in high-end residential renovations for luxury villas and private residences

Job Description
  • Source suppliers, negotiate pricing/terms, and issue purchase orders within budget; maintain supplier database and evaluate performance.
  • Coordinate closely with design, production, and project teams to ensure timely delivery of joinery materials and monitor inventory/warehouse stock levels.
  • Maintain accurate records of purchase orders, delivery notes, invoices, and project-related procurement summaries; ensure all documentation complies with company policies.
  • Handle general administrative tasks (filing, correspondence, office supplies), coordinate with HR and Finance on vendor registration, payments, and compliance requirements.
Requirements
  • Open to Filipino and Indian nationals from 36 years old and below, with at least 1 to 4 years of experience in procurement and administration, preferably within the joinery or fit-out sector.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills and proficient in MS Office and ERP systems.
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
