Job summary

A design and build firm in Dubai is seeking a Procurement & Admin Officer for their Joinery Division. This role involves sourcing suppliers, negotiating terms, and managing procurement documentation. The ideal candidate should have 1 to 4 years of experience in procurement and a relevant bachelor's degree, along with strong negotiation and communication skills. This position offers a full-time contract and competitive salary up to 5K AED, depending on experience and qualifications.

Qualifications

  • 1 to 4 years of experience in procurement and administration, preferably in joinery.
  • Open to Filipino and Indian nationals from 36 years old and below.

Responsibilities

  • Source suppliers and negotiate pricing/terms.
  • Coordinate with design, production, and project teams.
  • Maintain records of purchase orders and delivery notes.
  • Handle general administrative tasks.
