Key Responsibilities
Processing Tasks
  • Handle endtoend processing of new telecom service requests from SMB clients.
  • Verify customer documents and ensure compliance with internal and regulatory guidelines.
  • Coordinate with the sales team to validate order details and customer information.
  • Process service activations plan changes upgrades and disconnections within defined SLAs.
  • Track and follow up on pending requests and escalations to ensure timely resolution.
  • Maintain accurate logs of processing activities and update internal systems regularly.
Back Office Operations
  • Maintain and organize client data contracts and servicerelated documents.
  • Generate regular reports related to order processing activations and client onboarding.
  • Assist in resolving discrepancies related to customer accounts or documentation.
  • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams like logistics billing and technical support.
  • Support audits by ensuring documentation and process compliance.
  • Handle internal coordination for smooth delivery of telecom solutions to SMB clients.
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • Bachelor s degree in Business Administration Commerce or related fields.
  • 1 3 years of experience in telecom operations back office or processing roles.
  • Strong attention to detail with excellent data entry and documentation skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel CRM tools and enterprise systems.
  • Good communication and coordination skills.
  • Ability to work in a fastpaced processdriven environment.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).
  • 1-3 years of experience in outdoor or B2B sales.
  • Proficiency in selling GSM connections (Postpaid, Fiber, and Business On).
  • Valid driver s license and willingness to travel frequently.
  • Proven track record in outdoor sales (B2B experience preferred).
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and competitive environment.
