Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience in production planning, scheduling, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Assist in creating production schedules and ensure processes run efficiently to meet those schedules.
• Collect and analyze production data to identify trends and deviations, and recommend improvements.
• Assist in annual inventory counts to identify warehouse variances.
• Maintain accurate records and reports related to production activities, including schedules, inventory levels, and production data.
• Follow all relevant operational procedures to ensure consistent work.
• Report problems, mistakes, or non-conformities to the supervisor for action and records.

Job description

JOB PURPOSE: Responsible for supporting the Production Control Coordinator in the planning, scheduling, and monitoring of production processes. This includes ensuring that production processes are running efficiently and that production schedules are being met. The Production Control Junior Coordinator also plays a key role in maintaining accurate records and reports related to production activities.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

HSE

• Comply with relevant safety, quality and environmental control procedures and instructions
• Use personal protective equipment and safety gear when performing assigned tasks
• Keep operational areas clean and well organized to prevent incidents and accidents
• Maintain assigned tools, equipment and machinery in good working order
• Report on unsafe acts, incidents or safety violations

Production Scheduling: Assist the Production Control Coordinator in creating production schedules and ensuring that production processes are running efficiently to meet those schedules. Data Analysis: Collect and analyze production data to identify trends and deviations, and make recommendations for process improvements. Annual inventory: Assist in the Annual inventory count to identify the variance in the warehouses Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records and reports related to production activities, including production schedules, inventory levels, and production data. Policies & Procedures: Follow all relevant operational procedures and instructions so that work is carried out in a consistent manner Production work flow: Report any problems, mistakes or non–conformities faced during production reporting to the superior for action and records
